The Chill Tray!

The Chill Tray includes a removable ashtray with metal pick that can be used for cleaning ash!

I also included a file for a fully 3D printed version of the pick for those who don't want to source the metal spikes from amazon. (Called "SpikeTool3D.stl")

The size of the metal spike I used is 7*40mm / 0.27*1.53 inch. The material is Zinc Alloy.

The spike can be attached to the handle with pressure. I additionally use adhesive for an even more secure fit.

How to assemble spike to handle: Put a small dab of adhesive on the inside of the handle, then gently use a hammer to install spike in place.

I have plans to design additional different types of containers so that everyone will have the option to fully customize their tray for their specific needs. I added a stl file called "RemovableContainer.stl" that is a blank container that you can use for the left side of the tray if you want a removable container that isn't the ashtray.

The dimensions for the removable container are 63mm x 63mm x 57mm for anyone who wanted to design their own style of removable containers that will fit in the Chill Tray!
