Mini Dumpster

Fully 3D-printable mini dumpster!

Assemble in 2 easy steps!

Required materials needed to build:
- DumpsterBase.stl
- DumpsterLidLeft.stl
- DumpsterLidRight.stl
- DumpsterEndCap.stl (x2)
- Piece of 1.75mm filament

Step 1) Use the piece of 1.75mm filament to attach the lids to the base. The filament should extend roughly half the length of the end caps. Cut off any excess if your piece is too long.

Step 2) Attach the two end caps to both sides of the exposed filament. Apply slight pressure to ensure the caps are secured in place.

Project complete! You just built your first 3D printed mini dumpster!

I also included a file named (DumpsterRemovableContainer.stl) which will allow you to further customize your dumpsters! Use these containers to change the inside colors of your dumpsters and to create two divided sections for better organization!
Print at 0.2mm layer height.

Comments

i had purchased the MM3D master catalog, but i do not see any of these extra files in the zip? Are they named different? I am specifically looking for these inserts as well as the split and single lid option in the master catalog.

FilamentsandThings

The new design for the mini dumpster is different. The inserts designed for the new mini dumpster are specifically made for that model. This old model has its own inserts which are separate from the new model.

Might be a silly question but I wanted to make sure before downloading and starting a print on this will the insert be compatible with the new version that you have? same for the full size one. Thanks for any help and I hope I didn't look over something where you explained this already
