Concentrate Catcher (X-Series)

The X-Series Concentrate Catcher is an upgraded version of the old models! This version is apart of the X-Series which is assembled using custom silicone made from 3D printed molds.

The X-Series Concentrate Catcher features much larger silicone dishes than the previous models.

*Platinum cure silicone is required to build products from the X-Series*

I used (LET'S RESIN) brand Platinum Cure Silicone. Here is the purchase link from amazon: https://amzn.to/3BiflV9

For the mica powder I used (Rolio) brand. Here is the purchase link from amazon: https://amzn.to/3FCS8jb

I got some mold-release spray and that helped a ton. Thank you for the tips

for anyone having troubles getting there molds out i cut notches at the top of the molds creating a "pull tab" so now i just loosen the edge of the mold and pull up with the tab and the mold comes out much easier then i just trim the tab part off. hopefully that makes sense.

I like to use my thumb and push towards the center to loosen all of the corners, then they’re able to be pulled out. The silicone mat & small dishes are easy to remove, but the cap holders can be more challenging as they’re longer. For the cap holders, I loosen all of the corners & use some pressurized air to help loosen them so I’m able to pull them out. I have some mold release spray arriving today that I’ll use for my next pour to see if this makes the removal process much easier. I will keep everyone updated.

whats the trick to getting the silicone out of the molds i keep tearing/ripping mine trying to get them out

Paul Alger

They won't, my design for the silicone dishes are larger than the standard 5ml silicone containers.

Will the silicone cups from these molds work with the other stations or will those cups have to be bought from amazon?

Justin Heaton

I’ve used that silicone in the past. It works really good and cures fast
