Use an allen key or screwdriver to push the bottom of the lighter up to remove from case.
No supports needed to print!

These are for the "Classic Clipper" which is plastic and fit tightly. It is likely that your printer is slightly off. I would try printing a calibration cube or similar to test your printer. Remove the lighting from the case by pushing it out from the bottom. (I've printed dozens of these and test fit them before I ship to customers.)

2023-04-15 13:58:41 +0000 UTCMetal clippers, (does not fit at all) Clipper softs, (fits 97% down. Cant even take it out had to break it to get lighter out). even Classic clippers, fit 97% way down. Same issue.
