I have printed it thing 3 times and every time the right side looks like something had ate it the rest looks fine any ideas

The OLED model is larger, this is designed for the regular switch

Matthew Moscato

Does the Oled model fit in this?

Here are 5 tips that can help reduce stringing on 3D prints: - Increase retraction distance/speed - Reduce printing temperature - Adjust the print speed depending on your printer - Clean hotend/nozzle - Keep filaments moisture free

Matthew Moscato

i have attempted to print 2-3 of each size, just curious if anyone is having stringing issues? everything else I print is fine.

Scott Teitge

I use about 10% infill for the attachments

Matthew Moscato

Hiee! Question, what are your infill recommendations for the inserts.

Vee

Love this print. Would you be able to do some custom switch holders?

Johnathan McClure

You can always use supports if needed, but they’re not required as long as everything with your printer is fine. All of the videos posted on the 3DPF social media channels printing these are using a 0.4mm nozzle on an X1C using the standard 0.2mm layer height profile. This product photo on this listing was printed without supports using those same settings

Matthew Moscato

Struggling with overhangs on this printing with bamboo using standard profile. Bridging rather.

Matthew Shaw

Yeah the Kobra 2 has auto z offset. Maybe i will bring it up a tiny bit. I figured it was a machine defect as yours go right in.

They don’t need to be resized, if your printers are calibrated properly they will slide right in. If your nozzle is too close to the build plate or e-steps aren’t calibrated properly it may print with too much filament squish that will result in a tighter fit. If you are still experiencing a tight fit after releveling and re-calibrating e-steps, try scaling the insert to 99% and this will account for any imperfections during the printing process

Matthew Moscato

Like 99% to fit the 100% crate?

Joshua postl

I have printed two of these and the other inserts and they wont fit. I have tried all three sizes. Printed on an ender neo max and a Kobra 2 printer. Do i need to go down to 1% lower to make them fit?
