This sword design is print-in-place and doesn't require any support materials. Fully functional right off the build plate! Simply print out the handle, end cap, and three blade pieces and you can easily build your own custom sword by inserting the blade pieces into the handle and screwing on the end cap!

My son (9 years old) loves your designs, we just joined your patreon because he wants to set up a “build your own sword” table at craft fairs and events my wife does. And this model of sword will work wonderfully for that, I just was wondering if you could design a variant of it with a hilt you can unscrew so it would have one more “customizable “ part
