I've tried starting this twice and always end up with all of the corners warping. I've used anti warp tabs but they don't help. Any other settings? I printed the first two at 180mm/s. Don't want to go any faster as it may warp even more. But if I get too low, I end up with a 24 hour print. Any suggestions?

dont think it would be as durable in a 2 piece design the way the hinge is. the lid could be made shorter if you print that side with supports or if he designed supports in the model it self.

im down to 6 hours but i am printing at 250mms, i could do 4 hours at 500mms but could effect the locking mechanism. i have an elegoo neptune 4 printer but depending on what printer you have you could be printing as little as 50mms. Increase your layer height slightly, maybe to .22 or .24. you should be able to print at around 60-70mms comfortably on a standard ender if its dialled in. i would reduce infill to 8% and infill type to lines as this would still give plenty strength. good luck :)

Love the model by the way!

Would it be possible to shorten the lid and print in 2 parts where the hinges clip together?
