Literally Blind with Rage! I love Rohan's introduction, a great set of episodes.
(and I echo the discussion about the flashback, better to know now that get hyped up)

I believe the writer later said in an interview that the reason Josuke's hero looked just like Josuke was because the story was being told by Koichi. When Josuke told him the story, he said they have the same hairstyle, so when Koichi pictures this guy he just thinks of Josuke. I just didn't want you getting your hopes up for a big reveal that Josuke was sent back in time to save himself.

I know artists who draw without pencils like that, just not as fast.
It's truly a ridiculous skill and confidence. The most famous draftsmen in our lifetime is an artist named Kim Jung Gi, you should look him up. He is basically the closest thing we have to a real life Rohan.
Also, I'm in a minority opinion, but I really don't like this opening. The vocals remind me of the Berserk 1993 opening. The animation is incredible but the song sounds like a cat screeching to me.

Yeah it’s definitely not a spoiler. *ok hand sign*

it's not exactly a spoiler, in general we like when Zen speculates but it can be disappointing to get hyped about something paying off for a long time and then it's an innocuous detail in the story.

The hairstyle isn’t explained any further, sadly. As far as we know, the guy just had some uncanny resemblance to Josuke.
