2020-01-23 01:11:30 +0000 UTCIf you rewatch some scenes in Ilse's Notebook now you may get a few extra details. The titan was the follower who shook her head to Ymir, and I think the titan probably thought Ilse was Ymir because they kinda look alike each other.
