Honestly, for the anime, this is in my top 5 moments. Although I don't think much can top Reiner and Berthold's reveal scene thus far for me. If the manga is adapted correctly that'll change significantly, and most of my top 5 will be replaced for sure, but there are so many good moments in the adaptation thus far.

2020-02-26 17:57:56 +0000 UTCI know a lot of people say Season 3 part 2 is stronger - and fairly so - but this is my favourite 'moment' of Attack on Titan. It was when Historia became my favourite character of the entire anime. Every episode of character development to date has led to this point - where she is now strong enough to reject her family history and the 'opportunity' to meet her Sister again. She instead chooses the family she has created for herself in the world her father abandoned her in. Obviously massively influenced by the words of Ymir - who represented her one true friend. There is far too much to even hope to delve into that went into the decision - but it made for my favourite moment of the show.
