20 More Down. What Am I Going To Do About It?

Well guys, it's come to a point that I never thought I would see! Or at least I hoped I wouldn't see hahaha. It appears YouTube is really gunning for me this time. The hypocrisy is real. Channels like "Buzzfeed" or "CUT" have dozens, maybe even hundreds of videos depicting alcohol use or people smoking cannabis on camera for entertainment -- 

BUT I cannot have a single video that documents a psychedelic experience (including weed) for educational purposes without potentially having my entire channel shut down. 

As it currently stands I have removed all but 5 live experience videos from my channel. The 5 which are up are the only ones which YouTube will not see any issues with, because 2 have to do with "Autism" (something YouTube won't touch due to potential backlash) and the other is a documentary involving my mother. Again, something they won't touch because it's a documentary about an elderly person. And the other 2 are about universally legal plants which you can literally purchase at vitamin shops.

Any "Live Experience" or "challenge video" showcasing myself, or anyone else between the ages of 20-30 involving a controversial (and/or illegal) substance is no longer safe and puts my channels future in jeopardy - regardless of it being a Reagent Testing safety guide - regardless of it being a documentary or regardless of it helping keep people safe and alive.

Many of the removed videos were my most viewed and responsible for a lot of my channels current and continued growth. Without them we will be taking a hit. Videos such as "Xanax VS Phenibut" which sat at nearly 4.5 million views and rising. Or my first ever upload, "Alcohol VS Acid" which was over 3 million. Not to mention all of my collaborations with people like "Your Mate Tom" and Mike. 

Guys, it's been a great journey, but this marks the end of any and all "Live Experience" type videos. 

...at least on YouTube ;) 

Moving forward, I am in the midst of setting up a website. This website will host ALL DELETED CONTENT. On top of this, I will be editing "safe" versions of some videos to post on my channel to act like previews, luring people to the website to see the entire episode. And furthermore, I WILL NOT BE CENSORED ON THE WEBSITE! Meaning I am free to make more live experience/documentary videos as I like without worrying about it shutting down my channel. The amount of creative freedom this opens up is huge!

But this isn't what I want to do. What I want is to be able to safely make what ever content I please as long as it falls within the guide lines. Except apparently the guidelines don't exist for me. Apparently YouTube reserves the right to ignore them as they please and allow high earning channels to make the content they like, while channels that aren't ad friendly like mine are actively targeted for removal.

 What I want is to never have had to delete my hard work. But we don't always get what we want, and this is a better option than keeping nearly half my channel deleted (I removed more than just live experiences as a precautionary measure)

Anyway, I plan to work my ass off and have this all set up ASAP! I'm sorry for all these depressing updates guys. I really am. But hopefully there was some happy news in here as well! I for one am no longer seeing this as all bad anymore. That is, assuming I have done enough. Who knows, they may still find a reason to delete the channel permanently despite all my pre-emptive measures.

We'll have to wait and see! But regardless of what happens, just know I am here to stay. I'm not going to let any of this stop me or get in the way of our message. If anything, the opposition they are displaying can be seen as a good sign. People aren't going to stand for hypocrisy this blatant and obvious. People are waking up and if this Website doesn't get it's act together it's days will surely be limited.
