I really loved this anime. Super engaging and interesting story, showing tons of actual historical events, but I might be a bit biased as I'm Nordic (Danish) myself and love reading and watching anything about the Viking era. Looking forward to re-watching this alongside your reaction weekly! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did on my first watch! :]

A lot of anime adaptations just wants to skim through stuff and get to the "good stuff" but the pacing is very slow and to me it's a very good thing it helps set the scene and develop everything
