He is a different kind of monster than hitler. Race and nationality mean nothing to him because all people and things are equally meaningless in his mind. These are the kinds of people that johan would easily manipulate, not the other way around

Of course Neo Nazi’s are gonna show up in a story set in East German, it maybe set in the 90’s but sadly could just as well be set today as far as that element goes. And just like real ones they’re, pathetic wastes of space trying desperately to cling to their imagined superiority and glorious past. Gotta love “the Baby” talking to Tenma about being superior when he’s just some disgusting looking racist that couldn’t even realize his plan to take over one town.
