2020-07-12 14:17:22 +0000 UTCI missed this when it aired originally as I had taken a break from watching Anime at the time, then in 2012 everything happened at once and we got Parasyte, JoJo and Kill la Kill in a big bundle and I was right back in there! As such it was the latter which first introduced me to Studio Trigger and I can't wait until we reach it, but that said I always wanted to see the work that put them on the map so this is a very welcome series to see!

When I originally watched it, it was at a time in my life where I really needed the message that Gurren lagann is trying to tell. There are times that I still find myself coming back to Gurren lagann for inspiration. Can’t wait to go on this epic journey again, but this time it’s even better since we have this community to share it with :) take care everybody
