2020-08-09 18:56:29 +0000 UTCIt is an isekai. In reality, Sword Art Online is the show that popularized this genre, it got so popular that 90% of the new isekai shows came because of SAO. This show definitely has it's problems, but if you have an open mind it is really fun to watch. This first episode being that good to me is the main reason that so many people loved it. I think the mirror was for them look their reflexions to see their true selves, it didn't cause the transformation directly. Great reaction, the zen requesters have really great taste!

2020-08-09 18:33:59 +0000 UTCIf there’s anything I love about this first season of SAO it’s the opening song, still one of my favorites. LiSA never fails with her opening or ending songs, you probably recognize her from the first opening of Fate/Zero and the opening and ending from Demon Slayer
