Just because Kurapika managed to beat Uvo, that doesn't necessarily mean that he could easily beat any of the other members. That's just not how the power system works in HxH. It's not as linear as Dragon Ball or some other fighting anime. But even if it were, every single member of the troupe is insanely strong in terms of raw power and combat ability, which is why they are so widely feared and respected even by Killua's dad. The only reason why Kurapika is a threat to the Phantom Troupe at all is that he has devoted his entire life to getting revenge on them and is prepared to die for this cause by literally pointing a nen knife at his heart to make his nen more potent against them.
