Lots of very telling lines and details, and some great dialogue overall- just proving again that gintama can pull off all kinds of storytelling well.

2020-11-24 03:12:03 +0000 UTCSomething interesting about the fake trailer at the end is that it sows some things about the sinsengumi that hadn't been sown yet in the manga wen this movie came out. It's funny that the mangaka probably told the anime stuff some things just for this fake trailer 😂
2020-11-24 01:08:03 +0000 UTC2nd movie is an anime original but still canon (Sorachi made a script). It was meant to end the anime series and is supposed to be watched after ep 265. Also you said it like only Murata died here so just to make sure: Nizou is also dead. Seen couple people being confused on that. Overall it was a pretty good movie, setting up foundation for the future stuff. What comes next is only better ;)
