2021-01-28 23:42:01 +0000 UTCIf you remember, Wing woke up Gon and Killua's nen. I think Gon did something similar to Rammot, waking up his nen. I think Kite chose this power because hes a Conjurer, and Conjurers need to create conditions to make their conjured items stronger. Kurapika is another great example of this and his ability has even stricter conditions than Kites.
