Fun episode. You're right that episode 24 is a recap, but its a recap in the form of Tomoya telling Ushio the story of the series. He says some interesting things in it as he narrates that gave me more closure regarding the ending of the series. So I would still highly recommend watching it, even if its just on your own time and not as a reaction. But if you don't want to watch it I can just tell you the most noteworthy lines, if you're interested.
