Not sure why he would have guilt over wanting to stop her after she literally killed 250k+ people in the walls, even if she was "brainwashed".

Well the return of her crystal lol. I love admin speaking with her, they were both part of the 104th and armin was one of the people who personally tried to trick her into going underground in stohess district so he has personal reasons to go see Annie already possibly out of guilt given his wider world view now, however I also believe that berts memories are a huge influence as well
