You've only began scratching the surface on the rewatchability on this series, to me this is a series that I've yet to hit a point where I don't find something new despite watching most of it over 6 times now. I do hope you one day find time to rewatch the series on your own, it really brings out more and more each time. And after having finished it you can even do things like chronological rewatches that paint the series in a whole new light but can't work on a first watch.
I've a bit of a theory that the reason these movies aren't narrated by Araragi's inner monologue is because of that line at the end, he'll never tell the story to anyone even us viewers. Bakemonogatari is Araragi telling us 5 stories but Kizu is simply us seeing what happened.
And indeed no more movies left, some of the upcoming OVA length seasons were released as one continuous "movie" and some even in theatres rather than TV, but they've all been split into digestible episodes that are generally fairly close to regular anime episode length, I think there's a few climaxes of arcs that go a bit over 30 minutes but that's the maximum you'll see. Very much looking forward to Nise even if it can be a bit much in certain aspects, but after getting through that storage room scene you've already won half the battle in that respect.

Long post all of a sudden. I haven't even watched this one yet, haha. As you've mentioned a few times, if you had seen this first it would've changed your entire perception of Bakemonogatari. And in a way, that's definitely the point. The fact that this can in a way change your perception of what you've seen in the past, "posthumously", that's not the right word, but I guess it gets the point across, lmao.
Black Hanekawa pointed out that she never expected there would be a rival in the love of Araragi, and the most important fact, that she would move so quickly. Senjougahara is so direct and honest, that before Araragi and Hanekawa even had the chance to really get a thing going when things were back to normal, Hitagi had already confessed, and they had their moments.
Araragi was never totally clueless as to his and Hanekawa's connection, but rather one could say he was in denial about what their bond was based upon. In this trilogy what was started was a big dialogue on the idea of friendship. The clear and obvious part is Araragi's "low self-confidence". We've repeatedly seen how much he overvalues Hanekawa as a person. Thinking she's a saint. A lot because she was so nice to him "of all people". Being vague or hinting at love would not go through to him. I'm sure that if Hanekawa was as direct and blatant as Senjougahara, and acted quicker, they would probably be the ones dating first. That's probably the biggest thing that added to Hanekawa's stress.
