I was gonna start posting the timeline in the discord 2 days early (spoiler tagged) just for that reason so Zen can go look at it and see where he is just after he recorded an ep if he needs it.

2021-09-29 20:30:04 +0000 UTCRegarding Shinobu speaking, in order for Nisio not to break continuity for his claim in Nise that Shinobu spoke there for the first time since Kizu, he has Araragi convince himself that he is hallucinating her voice in Kuro. The first time is when she yells "Panaino!" after eating Mister Donut and the anime explicitly mentions that Araragi thinks he hallucinated that. Her speech at the end isn't indicated as a hallucination in the anime but here is how it is presented in the novel: “Are ye a dunce, servant? Is it not obvious that cutting the power so recklessly will damage thy contraption?” And then. I suddenly heard─a voice in my head. Thanks to the intense pain. As I arrived on the brink of death─I heard a hallucinated voice. Because of that first "hallucination," we can probably safely assume she spoke both times given that this is chronologically the first time her "Panaino!" catchphrase is spoken so he would have had to imagine that correctly before she ever coined it. Of note, this is also why all 4 previews given by Shinobu start with "This is a preview hallucination..."
