Episode 15 is never a disappointment, Ryuko finally managing to fight Satsuki to a draw after their last confrontation in episode 3 had her outright beat is certainly an interesting point to be at for essentially only being halfway through the series, which episode 15 functions as far more than 12 does IMO. Speaking of the fight in episode 3, the fight here after Ryuko gets back the glove starts off the same way with Satsuki doing an identical set of slashes, however instead of Ryuko being hard pressed to block them she dodges them effortlessly, a nice way to show how far she's come even if we've seen that in many other ways.
