Why I always bind ELRS the hard way (bind phrase vs. 3-plug method)

Yes, I set Binding phrase and I bind them quickly, just plug in battery and they bind themselves. ๐๐ค๐

2023-08-02 21:19:37 +0000 UTCI used to have issues in the beginning, but once I got everything compiled correctly, now I just buy all of the same receivers. I connect them via Wi-Fi, go to the webpage, drag and drop the previously compiled firmware, and boom, updated and bound with my bind phrase and network password. Oddly enough I buy the BetaFPV receivers. Under 1200x microscope the quality is actually incredibly high. They also have 100mW telemetry output, and some of the best antennas. BetaFPV has been hit or miss in the past, but I think they have really stepped up their game in the last couple years.
