2021-12-31 22:04:11 +0000 UTCAlso I feel like it's hard for me to pick any specific openings as "the most memorable" because it's going to be biased towards my favorite series. JoJo openings are incredible, and I know them so well I can watch/listen to them with my eyes closed. One opening that stuck out for me in a series I wasn't super closely watching was the final opening of Dragon Ball Super during the tournament arc, that one was very unique and catchy.

2021-12-31 21:13:13 +0000 UTCin general the 4Kids openings for their anime are really really catchy and memorable. Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, even One Piece had an amazing opening despite their adaptation being awful for that one. So I don't think it's just nostalgia at all.
