This exchange took place in Nise's finale where they were riding on the bike in the moonlight. Shinobu: "Tsukihi, was it?" Araragi: "What? You remembered her name?.. It's rare for you to remember a human name" She also did mention this episode that she never calls anyone their name, I believe that's been true. Shinobu calls Araragi by old Japanese honorifics, and everyone else by nicknames/descriptions like Yotsugi Ononoki as that "tsukumogami"
