That girl he's just hooked up with - Shiho - I'm pretty sure she's one of the Mystery Kiss members from episode 2. Can't be sure as she's wearing a mask in E2 but the facial markings and voice are similar - also one of those sinister guys at the end is Yamamoto - Mystery Kiss's manager. I suspect Shiho thinks Kakihana is rich (from his fake profile) and is looking for money to help the group survive.
