2022-08-12 11:15:16 +0000 UTCI highly recommend you look for the "Gintama: Love Incense Arc" OVA. It's a 2-episode OVA based on manga chapters that the anime didn't adapt. They're great episodes. You're at the perfect place in the story to pick it up, although it's not in official sites like Crunchyroll, so you might have to sail the high seas if you don't mind doing that :)
