It might be just nostalgia talking, but my favorites are probably the original Spider-Man movies, especially that unforgettable train scene in Spider-Man 2. I've heard that the mangaka of MHA is a big fan of Spider-Man and Star Wars! There's a bunch of Star Wars references (like names of the cities and shops), also some artstyle elements in the manga are inspired by Hellboy comics. There's probably a bunch more elements and references to other superhero comics but I haven't really delved too deep into the trivia.
