2023-01-26 03:24:01 +0000 UTCTo answer your question, while emitter, transformation, multi-type, and accumulation quirks don't usually manifest since birth, heteromorphic quirks, like Tokoyami's bird head and Shoji's dupli-arms do. They don't really transform into the way they look now, they were just born that way. It's also worth noting that these quirks are more so regular body mutations than the quirks you'd find in the other categories. A good example of this is Tokoyami who, even though he has a bird head, also has Dark Shadow!
