I was not ready for the dramatic chair spin lol! I find what you said about Deku and Bakugo's relationship being a "tried and true formula" to be interesting. I often think that on the surface MHA can be a typical shonen with a lot of common anime tropes, but where it really shines is it's execution. Tropes exist for a reason, but sometimes they get a bit tiring because they can be overdone. One approach to counter this is to subvert the tropes in new and interesting ways (Hunter x Hunter being a great example of this). Another is to just simply execute them really well. MHA often does the latter and I think it's one of the reasons I adore it. Hope your day is going well and I'm looking forward to the next episode!
