I just looked it up, it certainly sounds interesting, and with only 10 episodes I might need to check it out!

Hmm, lets see, there are a few loose ones I can think of off the top of my head. There are a couple the other way around actually. There is a clone seen during the Umbara arc of the Clone Wars that is called Appo, and has a big arrow on his helmet like Appa and Aang. There is also a senator in one of the earlier episodes named Aang. Actually, there are definitely a couple moments that are clear homages to scenes in Star Wars, and one of the voice actors for a character you have yet to meet is a VERY well known actor from Star Wars. I won't spoil which character since it can be a fun connection to make.

Avatar time! Probably my favorite western cartoon out there, and I can't wait to re-experience this journey once again! At the end you mentioned the name Korra when you probably meant Katara. I imagine you've heard the name a bunch as she's the main character of another show in the Avatar universe "The Legend of Korra". People probably mentioned it when the poll was going on, or there's a good chance you've just heard the name in passing. Also yes, Dave Filoni, the Star Wars man himself was involved in I believe some of the earlier stuff. Fun fact, Dee Bradley Baker, voice of the clones in the Clone Wars TV series voices Aang's flying bison, Appa. In fact just about every time there is an animal on screen, odds are it's him voicing them. Funny how I can somehow end up talking about Star Wars in both MHA and Avatar now. Anyway, looking forward to the next one and hope your day is going well!

I'm so excited for this series! It's one of my favorites ever! It's definitely fan and exciting in the beginning but it becomes much more than that as it goes!
