Such a good episode, chills every time! Fun fact, originally Deku was supposed to be a Batman like character where he got through with support items alone. His beta design is very interesting, I recommend a look! I believe the author changed it because to be completely fair, the only reason Mirio had gotten through that fight as long as he did was through sheer willpower.

This episode actually had the biggest and most direct Star Wars reference yet, so direct in fact that it got the JoJo's treatment of having it's name changed for copyright reasons. When Mirio yelled out his ultimate move against 2 of the underlings, it was translated as "Phantom Threat" but you can actually hear him yell "Phantom Menace". I guess this one was a little too close for comfort lol. Great reaction Zen and looking forward to the next one!
