Zuko and Uncle provide some great comedic relief in this series.

Pedagogy; the art, science, or profession of teaching. Certainly a good word of the day!

The advanced alien race that came to this world many centuries ago is probably the same alien race that was sending down the titans in Attack on Titan! The Zen lore is coming together!

Hahahahahahahahah, the thumbnail curse strikes again. What a great episode though, Zuko isn't getting any shortcuts to power and neither is Aang.

I really love this episode for so many reasons. It reminds me of "The Storm" from Book 1, where we got flashbacks for both Aang and Zuko throughout the episode. Uncle always has great lessons, but the lesson to draw knowledge from different sources is honestly one of the most useful ones. I've found that you can apply it to most situations and it always helps to give you a better perspective. Pride being the source of shame, and humility being the antidote to shame also rings true. It's because Zuko has pride about his family and being prince, that he also feels great shame about his current circumstance. Whereas Uncle has shown humility in the face of their current situation, and as a result seems to have far less inner turmoil.
