I loved what you said in the discussion about reflecting on past events. It can be easy to just push negative past events out of your mind, and pretend like they didn’t happen, but that’s hardly going to help you in the future. It can be hard to look at those things and try to learn from them, especially right after they happen. But eventually realizing that you can learn from them, and accept that they did happen, will help you move forward with a much healthier state of mind.
