The music that played when it cut back to Shigaraki and Re-Destro after the flashback, which is basically Shigaraki's new theme, is called Symbol of Fear. It's easily my favorite track in the OST this season. There's some cool parallels these last couple episodes as well. Re-Destro has a power up type quirk, and even uses percentages like Deku. Shigaraki even loosely points this out when he compares his "150% Stress" to "Plus Ultra". I imagine it reminded him of All Might fighting the nomu in season 1. Shigaraki also tears up his body this episode, notably his arm, not unlike a certain green haired student of ours.

The fact that his Decay can now decay things that connects to whatever he touches definitely raises him to an S+ threat, and that's without the boost the doctor has promised him and the 100,000+ members he now has under his control. And the most terrifying thing of all, his hair color is now OP anime character white. Thanks for the reaction, Zen!
