Syncing Deeper

I know I've been away for a while, and I've got some things that I'd like to talk about with regards to the page in general...but for now, I've got some stories for you to read, the first of which is a piece called Syncing Deeper.
Freelance programmer Leonard Morris is struggling to figure out how to extricate himself from the legal trouble he got himself in. A chunk of plagiarized code has him in the sights of SyncDeep, the biggest social media app in the world. Sure, he's in the right, but that doesn't change the fact that SyncDeep will do nothing until he's dropped the issue. In fact, they've sent one of the best negotiators they have to convince him of their app's usefulness...

This is a rare story of mine that actually doesn't have any monsters or magic in it, but it probably errs more towards the principles of fantasy than it does reality. Either way, I hope you enjoy!
