Flashfic Frenzy!

...Well, they're flashfics.
What's that mean? It means they were both (more or less) written in a half-hour each, or at least half-hour chunks. No thoughts, no plots, just sprinting to the juicy parts as fast as I possibly can! You shouldn't expect Tolstoy, but I nevertheless hope you enjoy them!
In the first flashfic tonight, a surly, cat-eared librarian finds himself frustrated by both two talkative visitors...and by his own feline instincts, too. The only parts of him that are feline are his ears and his tail! So why is he suddenly purring like a kitten when they scratch his head?!
In the second flashfic tonight, a traveler (literally) runs into a buxom blonde as he passes through a seemingly quiet town. Apparently something's going on, but he's too busy following this mysterious minx home to find out the details...until it's too late!

I know that there are a fair number of stories that I still have to work on, but make no mistake: I am not trying to act as if these little snippets are replacing those obligations. I do hope, however, that you can at least enjoy these in the meantime!
