2025-06-13 15:47:50 +0000 UTCFun fact: Selma Hearst was played by famous heiress Patty Hearst who was kidnapped in 1974 by the Symbionese Liberation Army. 2 months after she was abducted she released a video saying she joined the SLA and changed her name to Tania, later that month she robbed a bank with other SLA members, kidnapped two others, stole multiple cars served as a getaway driver in another crime before she was arrested and tried for multiple crimes. At her trial she claimed to be brainwashed, and drugged, she had lost 87 pounds while with the SLA and had serious memory gaps from her life before being abducted. She was convicted and sentenced to 7 years in prison.
