cancelled haniel/sariel visual novel wip build (mega download)
Added 2025-04-21 10:26:28 +0000 UTCi scrapped this game for two reasons:
1) i was working on it at a time where i really disliked everything i drew, and it shows imo. the art isn't very good and i felt really frustrated being able to see my mistakes and not knowing how to fix them. i like my art a bit better now thankfully
2) i was using this game to express some emotions i had that i was not, and frankly, still am not ready to confront by myself. it sent me spiraling into a really severe depressive episode. i would like to pick this back up sometime and redo all the art when i am ready, however.
the CGs are all new, but the sprites are reused from sariel's day out. this game, albeit not outright pornographic in nature, has sex happen off screen and is not subtle about it at all. there is also a scene where sexual assault happens off screen, it was going to be part of a larger plot point i just had not gotten to yet. there is also some bloody violence in a bad ending.
because this game is unfinished, i recommend you save often as some choices may not work and some choices may just be unfinished and lead to a dead end. sorry about the sloppiness of it all, but also i hope you enjoy it.
