The packs sound doesn't turn off when I engage the starter (it should automatically turn off so that the engine can be started)

this is a sound mod , the default sounds must be installed and working !! then install the sound mod on Top ( overwrite the default files )
👉Fix your installation by re-install ou updating the airplane
then follow the instruction to properly install the sound mod

it dose work in XPL12 , there are a few bugs on the Default fmod and it should be fixed soon by the devs

S-Pack :
- include all sound effects ( Cockpit , Engines , Ground , Weather , APU .... )
- Do not require any Additional Files to Work ( Standalone )
S-Mod :
- include only Few sound effect like the Engines and maybe Wind or Cockpit
- Require The Default fmod files to Work

not sure if this effect can be done on the Rotate S-Mod !! but will see ...🧐
(💡it can be done easily on a complete S-Pack like B737 , A321 but not a "S-Mod" )

With the default sounds, when you open the cockpit windows, you can hear the louder exterior sounds as in real life. Can you add this feature to your sound pack in the future? It's already great but that would make it perfect!

it still a mystery why the exterior is a bit soft ((👀)) ,
- i think 😑 because the MD aircraft is a bit on the large side so the View Camera is a bit farther from the engines .

Exterior engine sounds should be a lot louder here on the MD 11 (vis a vie your a320 family of fmods for Toliss, FF etc.). Even if theyre too loud for someone, anyone can reduce them with the sound sliders. If the sounds are too low then nothing an be done. If would be a very good feature if you had a little widget app with the sound sliders for your sounds as a lua script or the like.
