Cosplay + Outfit suggestion form

I mentioned something like this in the initial announcement posts, but I'd really like to do some cosplay votings in the future based on characters you suggested! I dont think thats gonna happen suuuper soon, but I thought opening the doc now and giving you time to think about it isnt a bad idea.
I do not have to know the character you suggest, but if I do know them and want to do that cosplay, I might just buy it on my own without a voting lol
I added a section for general outfits you'd like to see as well! Can be super generic, like maid dress, lolita outift, etc etc i think you get it.
Feel free to fill out the form multiple times if you get ideas in the future and want to send more.
