Medic Update Schedule

I wanted to ask a question about what kind of update schedule you folks would prefer. The first option is to get advanced chapters on a regular schedule. This requires me to maintain additional backlog, but you should usually get a chapter 5 days a week at exactly the same time of day. If I expand the amount of advanced chapters, it will take the form of a chapter dump followed by continued regular updates.
The other option is for me to post whatever I have as soon as it's ready. You'll get more chapters and get them slightly faster ON AVERAGE this way, but it won't be consistent. Chapters won't always come at the same time of day, and some days you might not even get any at all.
Please vote for which option you'd prefer!
