Propping Up the Mythos at NecronomiCon
Added 2024-07-22 01:58:20 +0000 UTCI have good news! I will be giving a lecture on the creation of my Necronomicon project at NecronomiCon on August 17th at 3:30. It hasn't shown up on the event schedule yet, but I am hopeful it will soon.
This will be a multimedia presentation, but also a chance to interact and answer questions. If you are going to the convention I hope you will join me!
This tintype portrait was a lucky opportunity when a talented fellow named Aiden Higginbotham set up shop for a few days in a local bar. Getting a good shot of my hand carved Cthulhu idol was more important than my face, but he managed to get both in focus so win-win.

The lecture was amazing! I couldn’t give Christian my money fast enough. The passion, energy and excitement after all these years is so strong and intense. It is an honor to be part of this.
