As someone who grew up southern baptist filled with internalized homophobia, I posted and said and thought some AWFUL things! Now I know I'm a flaming homo lmao but you really can't learn and expand and UNLEARN until you're out of that environment and intentionally question what you believe and stand for. Kids need room to grow & cancel culture sometimes needs to acknowledge that people can learn, grow & change. 🩵
