Calling it quits

I have taken most of the month to think about it, and it has become clear that I cannot keep up with commissions, and my patreon in general. Therefore, after next month I am ending my patreon for a while. At least a few months, perhaps more. After that forced break, I am coming back with new ideas, and hopefully, full on comics.

As you may have noticed, I have been slowly breaking down. I can’t deny it any more, and I just can’t produce like I used to, not even on things that would have been carefree and easy in the past.

I just…can’t.

And it’s not fair on any of you to pay money for content that’s not coming.

When I return, my patreon will be different, the main part of it being that there will be no more commissions at all. Rather, there will be more focus polls and more idea sharing, but to a less direct degree like the current commission system. I am most productive when I am free, and from that, commissions are no longer worth the stress and concern I have over them.

So, not only will I be rejecting any patreon commissions from now on (and they won’t be part of my patreon when I do return) I will also be rejecting all other commission requests. Money is not worth my state of mind getting worse and worse. I want to apologize for failing you, but this is the best way to do it. I have to get out for a while, and try to slowly wrap up the three outstanding (and final) commissions. During the next month I will be handling some administrative uploads, and by the end my page will just disappear off air for a few months at least.
