Added 2023-11-08 16:00:03 +0000 UTCSo there is no legal drinking age or many restrictions in the 3rd ring, being addicted to alcohol or alcohol like beverages(not everything is alcohol but can give them drunk like reaction depending on the genus) is very-very rare for Ferum and tends to be species specific. It's frowned upon to let kids drink it too young as it's thought of to stunt growth.
