Machina own all kinds of pets though they are more fascinated with ones that have fur. Things that physically change often fascinate them as keeping house plants is common too.

2023-11-15 20:07:19 +0000 UTCI don't think its so much a lack of survival instinct as it is knowing there's people and animals that need help and you're able to help them. Like firefighters/police/soldiers/etc and even normal everyday people, they know they could die doing it but they couldn't live with themselves if they did nothing either. I'd bet there were Ferum who went into that fire to save family or friends too. Some people are just able to overcome their base instincts for the good of others, even if it could cost them their lives.
