BONUS CONTENT: HOW I SIDECHAIN

I tried to explain it as simple and fast as possible, but you only have to set it up once. After setting up, just save the project as a template, and tweak it where necessary. Even if FL studio is not your daw of choice there are other options out there.
P.S.
If you have trouble finding Layer.fst then go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line
and simply use a search function to look for "layer"
