Work in Progress - Health-related delays

But this month has been really awful on my skin.
Skin is not as bad as where I was last year (because that was induced by a combination of factors, including food allergies, dermatitis, and topical steroid withdrawal: Red Skin Syndrome). I was practically normal a couple months ago, but let too much slide. Now I am backpedaling to figure out what exactly I have changed in my diet and lifestyle to make my skin so bad again. At the moment, I am back to daily Wim Hof breathing for partial pain and inflammation management, completely avoiding the allergens that make my gut more susceptible to the other allergens, and now removing the artificial sweeteners that I was told to avoid but didn't (assuming it was trivial, not so sure now). Sleep is spotty at best and painful (boing unable to distract myself, and more likely to scratch in the night without regard for how much damage I am doing). Movement is impaired due to the lesions behind my knees, and the large on my chest, and patches on my collar/neck.
I will continue to work as well as I can while I am like this. But I ask for your patience as I continue to try to find out how to live pain-free. I love drawing more than most things in life, and I will continue to do so for as long as this life permits. Thanks for your support.
